We are able to offer a bespoke service adding certain embellishments to standard box shapes. In the instance of the cigar box in the picture above, we added folding lids and a separate invitation card to a regular box shape. A special mailing box was designed too, to hold the product when it was compressed - ready to jump out and surprise the client's customer. There are restrictions on what we are able to achieve, the constraints being the size of the board that we are able to die-cut and limitations in the cardboard engineering techniques that are commercially viable. Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up. If this does not suit your marketing plans then call us to discuss the best way forward.
