The 4 sides of this promotional pop up product are isosceles trapeziums. The overall shape is most commonly printed as a castle or a similar theme such as a tower. The castles and the accompanying Zippalopes are printed in 4 colour process on 500micron folding box board and the castle is rubber band powered.

Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up.
